Our All-Inclusive Services Will Put Your Mind At Ease
As a Camellia member, your apartment will be managed by us – from start to finish. Every month, we’ll make a deposit into your bank account – for your share of the rental income. Other than maintaining a calendar to reflect your apartment’s availability, you will not need to do a single thing to receive these funds.
There is no minimum commitment of time to maintain your membership. If for any reason you’d like to take your apartment off the short-term rental market or manage it yourself, you’re free to do so.

At Camellia, we set the bar very high – and we only offer membership for properties that meet our standard.
If you have a great apartment but it needs some work, we’d be glad to help you out. (In fact, this is the part of the job we really, really love and excel at).
We’ll be able to give you an idea of the cost after we meet you, and view the apartment.
